JESKA
CLARK

NPE Lead/ Operations

Jeska Clark is a human performance specialist, explorer, and endurance athlete dedicated to pushing the limits of human potential while giving back to her community. With a background in human systems engineering and expedition leadership, she combines scientific research, hands-on experience, and extreme environment training to optimize performance in high-stress and high-risk settings.

Her global adventures reflect a commitment to innovation, environmental stewardship, and resilience. She has contributed to marine conservation efforts studying bamboo sharks in the Malaysian islands, undergone polar expedition training in Northern Canada, and summited high-altitude peaks across North America, South America, and the Himalayas. She has also honed her leadership and life-saving skills through Search and Rescue (SAR) training and volunteering, applying human factors principles to real-world emergency response.

As the leader of a North Pole expedition, Jeska continues to explore the intersection of human endurance, environmental science, and exploration, using her experiences to inspire, educate, and advance our understanding of human performance in extreme environments.
